General Summary of the Position

Responsible to be the first point of contract for those calling or visiting the church.  Directs or screens all incoming phone calls and provides direction to those visiting.  Requires in-depth knowledge of the church and its ministry in order to properly answer and direct inquiries.  Performs other duties including filing, copying, typing of reports and correspondence.  Requires basic skills in word processing. Spanish and English language abilities is necessary for the position.

Part-time position – primarily Monday (9-6), Wednesday (2-7) and Friday (9-6).

Good “People” skills and communication skills. Accuracy in filing and word processing Ability to speak proficiently English and Spanish Basic Computer Knowledge and use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Occasional work on Sunday
