JUNIOR CATHOLIC DAUGHTERS OF THE AMERICAS
Under the patronage of the Blessed Mother, the Catholic Daughters of the Americas are united by their faith in Jesus Christ, in their devotion to the church and the Holy See. The Catholic Daughters of the Americas is one of the oldest and largest organizations of Catholic women in the Americas. They donate to charities, administer scholarship programs and strive “to be helping hands where there is pain, poverty, sorrow or sickness.” The CDA motto is “Unity and Charity.”

Habitat for Humanity’s vision is a world where everyone has a decent place to live. Our mission is to put God’s love into action by bringing people together to build homes, communities and hope.
Garland Area Habitat for Humanity (GAHFH) brings volunteers and resources together with families in need to build simple, decent, affordable home within the city of Garland. Habitat home are sold at no profit and mortgaged through zero-interest loans. We build 3-5 homes each year.

Works to build community at St. Joseph Church through the parish's own "Cafe" located in the Forum. Specialty coffees are served alongside fellowship and fun.
MEALS ON WHEELS

Established in 1934, VNA is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that helps older adults live with dignity and independence at home. VNA is the community's most trusted provider of quality healthcare services in the home and is the oldest, most experienced Hospice Care provider in Texas. VNA offers Meals on Wheels in Dallas County, and VNA Hospice and Private Care in Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Grayson, Henderson, Hunt, Kaufman, Navarro, Rockwall, Tarrant and Van Zandt counties.

The Rosary Makers make rosaries for different groups in the parish, primarily for the youth who are making their First Eucharist or for those receiving the sacrament of Confirmation. They also provide rosaries for candidates and catechumens in the RCIA program. Rosaries have also been made for the sick that are confined to their homes or nursing homes, the poor, members of the armed services, the imprisoned, and the support of missions and pro-life endeavors.
Membership: Any registered parishioner or youth of the parish who wants to learn how to make corded or wire rosaries.
Meetings: Tuesdays from 7:00-9:00 p.m. in Room 152 PC.
